Nogle gange kan det være nødvendigt at annullere aktive refills, f.eks. hvis et produkt er blevet udskiftet med et andet lignende produkt. I så fald kan du annullere den aktive refill for det gamle produkt og tilføje en ny refill for det nye produkt. Bemærk, at du skal have 'skrivetilladelse' til Kan annullere refills for at annullere og genaktivere refills.
Du kan annullere en refill på klientens side, enten fra panelet Refills i højre side af siden eller på fanen Treatments i afsnittet Refills:
[en] You can cancel a refill on the client's page, either from the Refills panel on the right-hand side of the page or on the Treatments tab in the Refills section:

[en] In the side panel, select the x button. The cancelled refill is removed from the active refills.

[en] On the Treatments tab: In the Actions column at the end of the refill row, select the button with three dots and then select Cancel refills from the pop-up menu.
[en] The cancelled refill is shown in the Refills section on the Treatments tab with the status Cancelled. If needed, you can renew a cancelled refill.
[en] You can also cancel refills directly from the consultation workflow.

[en] Open the consultation and go to the Treatment items section.

[en] Click the Refills button.

[en] Locate the active refill and click the three-dot action menu.

[en] Select Cancel refills.
