Tilføje et Nordhealth Pay betalingskort til et allerede aktivt sundhedsprogram

Introduktion

I Provet Cloud kan du på en patient oprette et sundhedsprogram, som tillader månedlige automatisk betalinger fra klienten.

For health plan subscriptions, several payment options are available. If Nordhealth Pay is enabled for the Provet Cloud account, it is available as one of the options. The Nordhealth Pay option is basically the same as the 'Monthly billing through Provet Cloud', with the added benefit that the customer does not have to pay manually every month.

Recurring health plan payments require a tokenized card which can be added when the subscription is started.

Oprette sundhedsprogram med Nordhealth Pay

1. Select Nordhealth Pay as the payment method for the health plan subscription.

When starting a subscription, select Monthly recurring payments through Nordhealth Pay.

The system will detect whether the client has a valid email address and if they have any payment cards stored (tokenized). An email address can be added on the same page if needed.

2. Make sure that the desired payment card is selected.

If a default card is found, it will be pre-selected as an option. Make sure that this card is suitable for the client or choose the correct one.

If a suitable payment card is missing, you can add it from the page by selecting Add card. The Card swipe and Online payment options are available for recording the card info.

NOTE: If there is no card on file to begin with, you can either add it here in the same way or do it in the initial payment counter sale step of the health plan subscription.

3. Finalise the subscription.

Select Next step. The health plan subscription page and the initial payment counter sale open.

On the counter sale page, you can see that it is already paid with the card on file (tokenized).

This concludes the process, and the system will now use the selected card on file for future recurring payments.

To edit the payment card:

1. Find and open the desired subscription. For help, see Managing Health Plan Subscriptions.
2. At the bottom of the health plan subscription overview page, select Tools > Edit payment card.
3. In the dialogue, you can either select a new card on file, add a new card, or remove the card altogether. If you remove the card, the system will revert to the 'Monthly recurring payments through Provet Cloud' option for the health plan subscription.

NOTE: Card tokenization is not available when adding or editing health plan subscription cards.

1. Find and open the desired subscription. For help, see Managing Health Plan Subscriptions.
2. At the bottom of the health plan subscription overview page, select Tools > Edit payment card.
3. In the dialogue, you can either select an existing card on file or add a new card. The subscription payment method will be changed to 'Monthly recurring payments through Nordhealth Pay'.

NOTE: Card tokenization is not available when adding or editing health plan subscription cards.
