Reschedule an Appointment

You can reschedule an appointment to the same or a different day and for the same or another employee.

To reschedule an appointment, you can simply drag and drop the appointment on the calendar to another slot, or you can cut and paste the appointment. To cut and paste, right-click on the appointment and select Reschedule appointment from the pop-up menu, then left-click where you want to reschedule the appointment.

When you drag and drop or cut and paste an appointment, the Reschedule appointment dialogue opens. From and To at the top of the dialogue show the times and employees of the original and new appointment time. Select the appointment confirmation and reminder options and then select Yes to confirm the rescheduling.

Alternatively, you can also open the appointment for editing and change the time and/or veterinarian in the appointment details to reschedule.
