I didn't receive the SMS with the code for two-factor authentication

  • Sometimes the text message takes a moment to arrive. Allow up to one minute for the text message to arrive.

  • If the message still has not arrived, click Send new code to get a new code.

  • If you receive multiple messages by mistake, enter the code from the last message.

  • Check that your phone number is correct in your Provet Cloud profile details (click the drop-down arrow next to your user name and select User Profile). If you cannot access your personal details, contact your Provet Cloud administrator.

  • The Provet Cloud account you are trying to access may not have enough SMS budget. Ask your Provet Cloud account administrator to check your account’s SMS budget from Settings > Subscription > Provet Cloud subscription.
