Provet Cloud digital whiteboards allow clinics to view important information about appointments or planned treatments on a screen in the treatment area without the need to access a workstation. The digital whiteboards are read-only - all data is managed in Provet Cloud.
You can use various hardware as your digital whiteboards, for example, monitors, smart TVs, non-smart TVs (with additional software, such as Raspberry Pi, Chromecast, Mini-PC, or Amazon Fire TV stick), consumer TVs, or commercial TVs. See our hardware recommendations for screens and other required devices.
Screen connections and content configurations for the digital whiteboards are set up in the Provet Cloud settings on the department level. One free dashboard screen with limited features is available per organization. Paid plans include triage and treatment sheet screens and an unlimited number of screen configurations.
All screens can be set up in landscape or portrait orientation and in light or dark mode.
Dashboard Screen
The dashboard screen shows an overview of your consultations, including the reason of the consultation, the responsible person, the location of the patient, and the status and progress of the consultation. Depending on your dashboard screen configuration, the screen may show upcoming appointments, arrived patients, active consultations, and patients waiting for discharge.
One free dashboard screen is available per organization. A premium plan allows you to create an unlimited number of dashboard screens for your Provet Cloud and set up different dashboard screens to meet your needs. You can select which sections and types of patients you want to show and filter patients based on species, ward, and location.
For example, you can set up a small tablet screen outside a kennel to show the in-house patients in a specific kennel/room and a big screen to show all your patients for a ward or the whole hospital. In a big hospital where everything does not fit on one screen without scrolling, you can use multiple screens in the same location and customise every screen. For example, you can have one portrait TV showing all upcoming appointments and one big landscape screen showing all active consultations.
All screens are paired 1-1, meaning that one screen configuration in Provet Cloud is used for one physical device. You can copy an existing screen configuration if you need more of the same.

Triage Screen
The triage screen shows a view of the triage dashboard in your Provet Cloud. Depending on your triage screen configuration, the screen may show active triages, patients marked as arrived (admitted to the triage ward, but not yet triaged), and upcoming appointments (patients not yet admitted and triaged).
Patients appear in the triage list when they have been triaged in Provet Cloud. 'Arrival time' shows the time they were admitted, and 'Triage time' shows the time they were marked as triaged by a nurse or a veterinarian. The triage time text turns red when the patient has reached the maximum wait time of the category they have been triaged under. For example, if the maximum wait time for the 'urgent' category is 10 minutes, the text will turn red when it has been 10 minutes since the patient was triaged.
The number of patients currently in each triage category is shown at the top of the page. When a consultation is started, the patient is no longer shown on the triage screen.

Treatment Sheet Screen
The patient treatment sheet screen shows the treatment plans of your patients, the patients' vitals, and any planned laboratory and imaging referrals. Depending on your screen configuration, the screen may show active consultations, patients marked as arrived, and patients waiting for discharge.
By default, the treatment sheet screen shows an overview with a timeline of all patients. You can select a specific patient to view or view a list of all patients. To move between the multi-patient and single-patient views, you need a touch screen monitor, or a remote control or a mouse for a smart TV. If a patient has several planned actions for the same hour, you can also select the hour and view a 5 minute timeline.
To perform actions (mark planned items as prepared, started, done, or skipped), you need to use the Provet Cloud mobile app or the full Provet Cloud.
