I forgot my pin code

If you forgot your Provet Cloud mobile app pin code, you can get new credentials in your Provet Cloud web user profile and create a new pin code for the mobile app in the same way as when you logged in for the first time.  

1. Go to your user profile in Provet Cloud (web) and get the mobile app credentials.
2. In the mobile app, select the Forgot pin? link on the login screen.
3. Enter the credentials and continue to creating a new pin code.
