You can view the client's whole product sales history and available refills on the Treatments tab, under Product sales history.
You can cancel active refills if necessary. For example, if a product has been replaced with another similar product, you can cancel the active refills for the old product and add new refills for the new one.
- To cancel a refill in the side panel, select the x button.
- To cancel a refill on the Treatments tab, select Refills > Renew on the item row.
The cancelled refill is removed from Open refills. On the Treatments tab, the Refills column of the item turns grey and an notification tooltip shows that refills have been cancelled for the item.
Reactivate Cancelled Refills
If you want to reactivate cancelled refills, select Activate refills at the end of the item row on the Treatments tab.
