You can renew refills for a client on the client's page.

Go to the Treatments tab and find the refill you want to renew in the Refills section.
In the Actions column at the end of the refill row, select the button with three dots and then select Renew refill from the pop-up menu. A dialogue opens.
Fill in the refill information. The number of refills is automatically filled in based on the previous refill, but you can change it.
Select Save.
