Add an Organisation Client

You can also add an organisation, such as a farm or a charity, as a client in Provet Cloud.

Note

The UK charity customer type is only available for UK clinics and is visible only to users with permission to assign it. If you do not have this permission but need to assign the UK Charity customer type to a client, select Company as the customer type and add a tag to (e.g., 'Is UK Charity') to indicate verification is required. An authorised user will review the documentation and change the customer type to UK charity. See Set Up the UK Charity Customer Typefor more information.

  1. Create a new client.

  2. Add the Organisation name. Additional fields appear below the field.

  3. Select the Customer type.

  4. If needed, add the organisation's VAT number. 0% VAT rate can be applied for EU companies with a valid VAT number.

  5. If needed, add the organisation's Register number.

  6. Fill in other required information and save.
