Find Items Below Alert or Optimum Level

If item alert and optimum levels have been set, you can search for stock items which require attention due to a critically low stock level, as well as items that are below your ideal stock level but not yet critically low.

Go to Inventory > Stock.

To find items with their stock level at or below the set alert level, select the Alert level checkbox.
To find items with their stock level below the set optimum level, select the Below optimum level checkbox.

You can also use any additional filters and search options to narrow the search results further. The search results are listed below the search options.
