Change an In-Person Appointment to a Viivi Telemedicine Appointment

You can change a normal in-person appointment or a consultation to a Viivi Telemedicine virtual consultation. However, note that you cannot send a Viivi telemedicine link for a consultation that has been started without an appointment.

  1. Open the appointment or consultation you want to change into a Viivi telemedicine call.

  2. Select the Create room button. The Viivi telemedicine buttons appear in its place.

  3. Select the Send telemedicine link button to send a Viivi telemedicine call link to the client.
