Access to the BI reports is controlled by the 'Can access business intelligence reports' user group permission. By default, the 'Administrator' user group has access to BI reports.
On some pages, you can select specific measures to track from drop-down menus.
In addition to the basic filter buttons such as the date filter, some additional filters are also available in the right-hand side filter panel. The following filter types are available:

Filters that apply to all pages

Filters that apply to the current page

Filters that apply to the selected visual
In a bar chart with multiple columns, you can select (and deselect) the columns you want to view by holding down the Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) key.
If a chart contains hierarchical data, for example, a date (year, month, day), you can drill down to the next level to view the detailed information. You can drill down to details in the following ways.
(a) Right click on the visual and select Drill down.
(b) Select the single downward arrow in the top right-hand corner of the visual and select a datapoint on the visual.
(c) Select the double downward arrow in the top right-hand corner of the visual.
Tooltips also provide detailed information for data points on visuals. Hover over a data point to view the tooltip.
You can export the data from a report to an Excel file. Select the three dots button in the top right-hand corner of the visual and select Export data.
You can personalise visuals to see a different view of a particular visual, swap what is on the axis, change the visual type, or add something to the tooltip. You can make the following modifications to visuals:

Change the visualization type

Swap out a measure or a dimension

Add or remove a legend
