1. In Settings > Items & Lists > Health plan under Health plan templates, select the pen button to open the health plan you want to archive.
2. At the bottom of the page, select the trash can button and confirm.

To find archived health plans, use the Archived filter. You can edit archived health plans and unarchive them.
