Note that if you use Nordhealth Pay, the status is changed automatically when a recurring payment fails.
- On the Records > Health Plan page (the page name may be different in your Provet Cloud) find the subscription you want to edit.
- Select the eye button at the end of the subscription row to open the subscription page.
- Select the status button under the health plan subscription title. In the Edit subscription status dialogue, you can select a new status and add notes related to the change. For example, you can change the subscription status to 'suspended' if a payment is missing. The notes are saved in the Log information.
You can cancel a subscription by selecting the 'lapsed' status here or start from Tools > Cancel subscription.
