Planned treatment items that have been added during a consultation are shown under the 'planned' section of the corresponding treatment item section on the consultation page, for example, Planned medicines, Planned foods, or Planned supplies. The item is removed from the plan and appears under the corresponding treatment item section (for example, Medicines, Foods, or Supplies. to be included on the consultation invoice.

To mark an item as started, prepared, or skipped, select the small arrow button on the item row and the option from the pop-up menu:

  • Mark as started: The colour of the item row changes to green. If you want to cancel the action, select the menu item again.
  • Mark as prepared: The colour of the item row changes to blue. If you want to cancel the action, select the menu item again.
  • Mark as skipped: If you skip an item, you can still see it in the planned items list with the Mark as done button greyed out. If you want to cancel the action, select Recover from the arrow menu.

If necessary, you can also stop planned treatments before all planned items have been finished.
