Clinical Note Approval Workflow

Unapproved clinical notes are typically used in university clinic workflows where, for example, students, assistants, and interns can write clinical notes which must be approved and further processed by a supervising veterinarian. Unapproved clinical notes can be added in consultations if enabled in the settings.

Unapproved clinical notes are highlighted in red on the consultation page with the text 'Unapproved' shown in the Type column. To approve a note, select the checkmark button on the row. You can also add a comment to the note using the speech bubble button.
