You can use discharge instructions to communicate follow-up information and instructions to clients. See how to add discharge instructions.
Depending on the settings, discharge instructions may be sent with the consultation summary email or invoice automatically, but you can also email or print them from the invoice page.

Print discharge instructions: Select Print only discharge instructions from the Print button menu.

Email discharge instructions: Select Send by email. In the email dialogue, select the Include discharge instructions to the email message checkbox and any other options you want to use. The email address saved in the client's profile is automatically added by default, but you can change it if necessary.
