I uploaded the file, but I'm not seeing any of the merge fields

Please ensure you are using a compatible version of Microsoft Word that supports the DOCX file format. Note that Word for the web and versions of Microsoft Word for macOS are not supported.

If you still do not see the merge fields, contact Provet Cloud support. Make sure to attach the most recent version of the file you uploaded.
