You can view your clinic's health plan subscription payments on the Records > Health plan (the page name may be different in your Provet Cloud) > Payments tab. Using the filters, you can view, for example, late or failed payments.
Also, when you open a client's health plan subscription, either from the consultation page or from the Records > Health plan list, a notification about late payments is shown. Note that late payments do not prevent the use of the health plan; the consultation can continue and health plan items can be used.
