How do I add a patient on a new health plan after their old plan ends?

If the patient's old health plan is in Provet Cloud, you can renew the health plan subscription on the patient's health plan subscription page. You can select the same or a different health plan to continue after the current subscription ends.

If the patient's old health plan is not in Provet Cloud, you can add a new subscription for the patient to a new health plan in Provet Cloud and then set the subscription to start after their old plan ends.
