Add a New Patient

New patients can be added from many locations in Provet Cloud. A common workflow is to start from a client page.

  1. On the right-hand side of the client information page, select New > Patient.
    • When a client does not yet have any patients linked to them, you can also start by clicking the Add patient link under the client’s name.
  2. Fill in the patient details.
    • Name and Species are required information.
  3. When you have finished filling in all the needed information, click Save.

To edit the data on the pages, click the pen icon next to the section title. Note that you can also edit many of the fields directly: just click on the field to enter editing mode.
