View Tasks

To view your tasks, select the checkmark icon in the top menu bar. You can open tasks assigned to you directly from the drop-down menu or select See all tasks to view and search your clinic's whole task list. The search options on the tasks page include:

  • Search: Search for tasks using a text search.
  • User/Ward in department(s): Select the department(s) from which you want to search for tasks. The options available in the Wards and Assigned user(s) lists (see below) depend on the selected department(s). 
  • Ward(s): Select the ward from which you want to search for tasks. The wards of the selected department(s) are available.
  • Assigned user(s): Select the user(s) whose tasks you want to view. The users who are active for the selected department(s) are available. The selected users' tasks for the selected ward are shown. If no ward is selected, all tasks of the user(s) are shown.
  • Deadline: View tasks that are expiring in the selected number of days.

You can also use the filters to view tasks by task type and status. To view only tasks that are past the deadline, select the Show only expired tasks checkbox. 

From Column visibility, you can select the columns you want to include in the list. 

To save your search, selected filters and column visibility settings so that the same options are applied the next time you view the task list, select the wrench tool button > Save filters.

To edit or delete a task, select the pen or trash can button on the task row.
