You may want to archive a clinic location, for example, if the clinic location is closed down and you do not want to continue paying for it. To archive clinic locations, you need admin permissions.
Note that after a clinic location has been archived, it is no longer possible to register payments on invoices for the clinic location. All the clients and patients of the clinic location are also archived. Therefore, make sure that all outstanding invoices, health plans, consultations, and appointments are settled and decide what to do with the clients before archiving a clinic location. For example, you can transfer the clients to another clinic location by exporting the client and patient list, changing the clients' home clinic location, and importing them back to another clinic location. To export and import clients, go to Import & Export > Export and Import from file.

Go to Settings > Organisation > Clinic locations tab.

Select the trash bin button at the end of the clinic location row.

Select Archive to confirm.

Go to Settings > Organisation > Clinic locations tab.

Using the Archived filter, find the clinic location you want to restore.

Select the circular arrow button at the end of the clinic location row.

Select Restore to confirm.
