Greenline Integration Overview and Activation

How It Works

Greenline is a digital platform for managing coupons, rebates, loyalty programs, and wellness programs. By automatically scanning your invoices for qualifying rebates and coupons, Greenline helps you reduce the time spent on processing rebates and coupons. Instant rebates and coupons can be applied to both in-clinic and online store purchases.

To identify the invoices that qualify for rebates and coupons, Greenline scans your invoices every night after business hours and generates the information to your Greenline account. You can then log in to your Greenline account to review and process your coupons and send them to the manufacturers for reimbursement. Note that Greenline does not have access to any client credit card information, but only accesses the relevant transaction and client information on the Provet Cloud invoices to see what the client has purchased.

Activation

If you do not have a Greenline account yet

First, your clinic needs to register for a Greenline account if you do not have one already.

Your clinic's local MFR representatives have information on what programs you are eligible for on Greenline. They will provide you with a voucher code to register for your MFR program on Greenlinepet.com.

When you register for a Greenline account, an email is automatically sent to the Greenline team with all necessary system information needed for enabling the integration. The Greenline team will contact you and schedule a call to help you enable Greenline in your Provet Cloud. On the setup call, the Greenline team will also go over the manufacturer rebates your clinic is currently eligible for and help you set up the rebate code items which you will add when invoicing qualifying products to clients in Provet Cloud so that instant rebates are applied at checkout.

If you already have an existing Greenline account

If you already have an existing Greenline account and have switched to Provet Cloud from a previous practice management system, simply contact Greenline and they will help you enable the integration in your Provet Cloud and make sure that your manufacturer rebates are up to date.
