An invoice was not updated to Xero

This may happen in the following cases:

  • The invoice contains rows with a negative quantity. Xero does not support negative quantities, and synchronising these invoices will not work.
  • The invoice contains rows with zero quantity but non-zero price. Xero does not support zero quantities with non-zero prices, and synchronising these invoices will not work.
