My Provet Pay Terminal Has Broken

If your Provet Pay payment terminal has broken, contact Provet Pay support. Broken payment terminals must always be returned to Nordhealth. If your terminal has broken during normal use without any physical damage on the device, you are entitled to receive a replacement terminal without a cost. If the payment terminal has broken due to physical damage, for example, after falling on the floor, the free replacement service does not generally apply. However, always contact Provet Cloud support, and we will decide on a case by case basis whether you are eligible for a replacement terminal.
