Note
If you do not use a laboratory integration that automatically uploads laboratory analysis results to Provet Cloud, you can add results manually. If laboratory results approval is enabled in your system, you can only add results on the referral page. Otherwise, you can also add results on the dashboard and consultation page.
To view laboratory referrals and laboratory results on Patient care > Dashboard, add the two laboratory widgets to your dashboard view in your personal profile settings. To add analysis results on the dashboard:

In the Laboratory analysis section, select Update results in the upper right corner of the section. Editable fields appear in the Result column in the list.

Type the analysis results in the fields.

Select Save results in the upper right corner of the section.
If you want to add a results report or more notes, go to the referral page.

In the Diagnostics > Laboratory section, select the Show analyses filter.

Select Insert results above the list. Editable fields appear in the Result column in the list.

Type the analysis results in the fields and select Save results above the list.

Open the referral page from Dashboard, consultation page, the Labs tab of the patient page, or Laboratory page using the list button at the end of the referral row.

In the Results section, select Insert results. Editable fields appear in the Result column in the list.

Type the analysis results in the fields and select Save above the list.
Depending on the department settings, the Reports section may also be available. In this section, you can add results reports and a classification to the referral.

In the Reports section, select the plus button. A dialogue opens.

Select the report Type.

Write the report in the text field. You can also use a template, if templates are available for laboratory reports.

Lab report fields with options may be available if they have been set up in the list settings. You can use these fields to classify the results.

Select Save.
You can cancel an unapproved results report. If you want to cancel a report that has already been approved, you must first cancel the approval.
To cancel a results report, select the pen button to open the report, then select the Cancelled checkbox and Save. To cancel the cancellation of a results report, select the pen button on the report row, unselect the Cancelled checkbox and Save.
