A referral has been sent from the Referral Portal, but it does not show in Provet Cloud

Provet Cloud periodically fetches referrals sent through the Referral Portal, and the referrals may not show up immediately. A referral may take up to 1-2 minutes to show up in Provet Cloud.

If the referral still does not show, make sure that the correct department was selected when sending the referral. Also, check how the referral list is sorted in Provet Cloud and whether any filters are selected that might exclude new referral from showing.

When a referral is picked up by Provet Cloud, the referral ID will also show up in the Referral Portal. This is an indication that the referral should also show in Provet Cloud.
