Add Patient Vital Signs

You can add patient vital signs, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature etc. on the consultation page, patient page, when triaging a patient, and when marking planned food items done.

On the Consultation Page

  1. Select the plus button in the Vitals section. The available vital sign fields open below. The available fields depend on the settings.
  2. From the calendar, select the date and time of the vital sign you are adding. 
  3. Add the vital sign data in the field.
  4. Select the checkmark button to save the data.

When Marking Food Items on Treatment Plan Done

For planned food items, you can add patient vital signs when marking an item done. The available fields depend on the settings. The vital signs you add are shown in the Vitals section of the consultation page.

When Triaging a Patient

You can add patient vital signs when triaging a patient. The available fields depend on the settings.

On the Patient Page

  1. On the patient page, go to the Vitals tab.
  2. In the Vitals filter section, select which vital signs you want to add.
  3. Select the Add button in the vital sign section. A dialogue opens.
  4. Add the vital sign data in the field.
  5. From the calendar, select the date and time of the vital sign you are adding. 
  6. Select Save.
