This issue could be due to missing Country field information in the clinic location details. To resolve this, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Clinic location > Clinic location profile.

Make sure that a country is set in the Country field.

If no country is set, edit the clinic location profile setting and select a country from the Country drop-down list.

Select Save and try accessing the Provet Pay management page again.
