I can't find the results in Provet Cloud

If you are experiencing issues receiving results into Provet Cloud, please confirm the communication protocol defined on your equipment is set correctly by following the next steps:

  1. On the Home screen, touch the 'Settings' icon.

  2. Touch the 'More Settings' icon.

  3. Touch the 'Communication Settings' icon.

  4. Select a protocol: ASCII Text.
