You need permissions to access the organisation settings. Changing organisation settings will affect all departments in your Provet Cloud.
The date format in Provet Cloud depends on the language selected in your personal profile settings:

To go to your profile page, click your initials in the top right-hand corner of the page and select My profile.

In the Personal details section, select the pen button to edit the settings.

From the Language drop-down list, select the language related to your location. Note that 'English (UK)' will show the date as DD/MM/YYYY and 'English (US)' as MM/DD/YYYY.

Select Save.
You may need to log out, close all tabs, and log in again for the date format to change.
If many of your users see a wrong date format, make sure you your organization settings have been set correctly. In Settings > General > Organisation > Organisation Settings, check the Default language for users setting. Users can change their personal language setting in their profiles settings, but this setting sets the default language for all users.

If your Provet Cloud does not show the right time, for example, in the appointment calendar, check that the correct time zone has been set in Settings > General > Organisation > Organisation settings.
