To monitor the status of laboratory referrals and laboratory results on you dashboard, add the two laboratory widgets to your dashboard in your personal profile settings. 

View Laboratory Analyses and Add Results

The Laboratory analyses section shows the results of individual analyses by patient. You can use the search field and filters to find specific analyses.

You can also add test results:

1. Select Update results. A Result column with editable fields appears in the table.
2. Add the results in the fields and select Save results.

The Request # column shows the status of the referral: grey means 'not started', blue means 'in progress', and green means 'completed' with results available.

View Laboratory Referrals

The Laboratory requests section shows laboratory analyses as panel selections. You can use the search field and filters to find specific referrals. 

To view, edit, or delete a specific laboratory referral, select the list button at the end of the referral row.

To go to the consultation page, select the stethoscope button at the end of the referral row.
