To access the consultation count report, go to Reports > Practice Performance > Consultation Count.
The consultation count report displays the number of consultations begun within a specific time period. Report information is displayed as both a graph and in a list format with general consultation information shown based on the column titles as shown below.
You are able to define the start and end time period for the report or use the quick select drop-down menu. Consultation counts can be further filtered by selecting a specific veterinarian user and/or referring organization or veterinarian. If your cloud platform utilizes multiple departments, a department selection field will also be available to you.
The consultation count report information can be exported/printed using the blue "Export/Print" drop-down button. Results can be exported in PDF, Excel, or CSV forms or emailed directly.
