Your clinic profile contains your basic clinic information such as name, address, contact information and other various clinic specific details. Your clinic’s organization and department profile settings will be initially set up during your clinic’s implementation process. It is recommended your clinic profile information is reviewed periodically to ensure your information is current and up to date.
To access your clinic’s organization level profile information follow the following direction: Settings > General > Organization > Organization Settings.
Within your general organization profile settings, you are able to define general functional information such as timezone, currency, tax calculation method, interaction language, weight units, temperature units, and length of data retention.
To access your clinic’s department profile information follow the following direction: Settings > General > Department > Department Profile Settings.
Within your department profile settings, you are able to define the clinic department name, address, phone number, email contact address, clinic website URL, and Facebook page. Additionally, business banking and tax account numbers can be defined if required. Examples of account information fields include sales tax number, business ID, IBAN number, and BIC code. This information is shown on an invoice.
Furthermore, you are able to define the due date delay on unpaid invoices and if penalty interest applies for any late payments. Additionally, you can define your SMS sender name, Finally, you can modify the department navigation bar colour from within your department profile settings.
