If a patient’s primary ownership changes, the patient’s account can be transferred to the new owner.
- Make sure that the new owner has a client account saved in your system. If not, first add the client.
- Go to the old owner's client and patient page. If multiple patients are connected to the client, select the patient you want to transfer to the new owner.
- Select Tools > Change owner. A new page opens.
- Find and add the new owner in the New owner field.
- Select Save.
When a patient's owner has been changed, the owner change is shown on the patient's History tab.
