You can start a Viivi telemedicine consultation call from the appointment details dialogue or from the consultation page.

Select the Open telemedicine view button. The Viivi telemedicine call 'room' opens in a separate tab.
-
Before connecting to the call, you can check your video view and toggle your camera and microphone on or off.
-
Y ou can also check and select the camera, microphone, and speakers you want to use for the call. In the Name field, type your name as you want the client to see it.
-
When you are ready to join the call, select Start.
The virtual consultation room opens. At the bottom of the screen, you will find the controls for sharing your screen (1), turning your camera (2) and microphone (3) on and off, modifying your video and audio settings (4), ending the call (5), and opening the text chat (6).
Using the control in the top right-hand side corner of the screen (7), you can toggle the layout of the video views. You can either have the client's camera view as the main view and your camera view in the top right corner of the screen, or have both views side by side in the same size.
Note that recording a Viivi telemedicine video call is currently not possible.
Also note that chat messages cannot be accessed after the session has been closed, so if you want to save any important information from the chat, remember to copy it before ending the session.
Clients can connect to Viivi telemedicine virtual consultations by a computer or phone (both Android and iOS). Depending on which sending method was selected, the client will receive a link for the call by email and/or text message. Selecting the link opens the call session to a browser on the computer or phone. The Viivi telemedicine view and functions are the same for the client as for you.
