The Dashboard is the main page of Provet Cloud. From the Dashboard, you are able to view ongoing and recent consultations, as well as upcoming or passed scheduled appointments. Additionally, practice performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, appointment counts, consultation counts, and sales revenue changes are displayed (pending user permission) for easy reference and access. The Dashboard provides an overview of the clinic at a glance and serves as the central platform to easily navigate to various other functionalities from.
Quick Access Buttons
Located along the Dashboard top bar are several quick access buttons. A screen example is shown below for reference. From the quick access buttons, you can begin a counter sale, run the End of Day report, or using the tools button, create a new client, patient, or estimate.
Also on the main dashboard (settings dependent) are the quick access functionality tabs, located along with the top bar of the Dashboard. Each tab navigates you to a dashboard of the associated functionality.
The "Recent Consultations" block will display any ongoing or completed consultations/visits. There are six possible consultation statuses here: Marked as Arrived, Consultation, Waiting for Discharge, Invoicing (settings dependent), Discharged, and Invoice Paid. Visit statuses are colour coded for easy reference.
Filters and search fields allow the user to easily filter and identify visits and the visit's status. Each user can save their preferred filters and customized view for future use using the wrench icon.
Additionally, the "Columns" button will further allow the user to customise and manage their preferred user interface view by adding or removing information columns. Information columns can also be sorted. Again, use the wrench icon to save information column preferences.
Within recent consultations, you are able to navigate to an ongoing consultation page by clicking either the coloured visit status icon or the green stethoscope icon. Similarly, you are able to access the consultation's invoice quickly by clicking the green dollar icon. Any blue hyperlink text is also active and will redirect you to the appropriate page. For example, clicking the patient's name will redirect you to the patient's page.
The "Scheduled Appointments" block functions very similarly as the "Recent Consultations" block. Within the "Scheduled Appointments" block however, you are able to view upcoming, passed, deleted, and no show appointments. These are the four available appointment statuses.
Furthermore, there are numerous appointment specific filters, such as the viewing time period, available to customise the user's view. Again, these can then be saved using the wrench icon.
Information columns also function similarly as within the "Recent Consultations" block. Once more, desired column filters can be saved using the wrench icon.
Within the "Scheduled Appointments" block you are able to easily mark an appointment as arrived using the green doorway entry icon or update a scheduled appointment using the blue edit pen icon. Additionally, any blue hyperlink text when selected will navigate you quickly to the associated page. For example, clicking the appointment timestamp will navigate you to the appointment calendar and appointment details.
The Shared Inbox
Finally, on the main dashboard is the Shared Inbox feature. The shared inbox is a receiving email address only, however it allows clients or other veterinary professionals to quickly send communications of various types directly to your Provet Cloud platform. You are also able to easily attach any shared communications or records to a client or patient's file from the Shared Inbox. The Shared Inbox streamlines patient care communications and makes record keeping simple and easy.
Department settings are available to hide functionalities and dashboard quick-access tabs for Triage, Planned items, My Workspace and Patient referrals. Disabling the matching department functionality setting will also hide the quick-access tab available on the main dashboard.
