Client-specific discounts can be used and needed for a various number of reasons. From frequent visit clients, to rescue organization charitable discounts, to employee discounts.
To enable client discounts on the client page for use please follow: Settings > General > Department settings > Show discount on client. Please note, client discounts functionality requires additional setup from Provet Cloud support. Please contact the support team using the 'Help' icon to request assistance.
How to set up a discount?
1. Select the client and locate the discounts' section
Find the client for whom you want to add a discount and click on their name to open their page. Scroll down and find the 'Client discounts' section.
2. Add the discount
Select 'Client discounts' from the filters and select the green 'Add' button to open the dialogue for configuring the discount.
- Select the item type(s) you wish to apply a standard discount to
- Define the discount percentage (a positive integer)
- Select 'Save' to apply the rule
