Set Up a Client Discount

In addition to discount schemes, you can set up client-specific discounts. Client discounts can be set up is the functionality has been enabled in the settings.

Client-specific discounts can be used for various purposes, for example, frequent visit clients, rescue organisation discounts, or employee discounts. You can add multiple discounts for one client. The discounts are automatically applied when the items are added on a consultation or a counter sale for the client.

To set up a discount for a client:

  1. Go to the Billing tab on the client's page.
  2. Scroll down to the Client discounts section and select the Add button.
  3. Select the Item types for which you want to apply a discount.
  4. Add the discount Percentage.
  5. Select Save.
