Settings Client Communication Log
To access the client communication log through settings please follow: Settings > Log > Client Communication > SMS log / Email log. Shown below are example screens for your reference. The settings communication log by default is only accessible by administrator or manager users.
Several search fields, such as phone number, email address, client, or date limits, are available to limit SMS or email communications displayed.
Both SMS and email communication logs have a status indicator to confirm for users during review if the message was successfully sent and delivered. An 'eye' icon at the end of an email communication row indicates the message was 'undeliverable'.
Client Page Communication Log
To access the client communication log from the client's page, access the 'notes & communications' section of the page. Shown below is an example screen for your reference.
By selecting 'email and/or 'SMS' from the note/communication type search, you will populate entries which are identified as communications to the client by those methods.
