Overview of Reports

Provet Cloud offers built-in reports, a business intelligence solution, and data warehouse solutions. To view the reports, select Reports in the main navigation.

Provet Cloud reports are divided into the following categories. Note that some of the reports may not be available depending on your clinic setup.

Stock Management Reports

Stock reports provide detailed information about stock usage and help maintain accurate stock tracking. You can generate various stock reports to suit different needs, such as tracking stock levels, item usage, and inventory discrepancies.

To view and generate stock reports, go to Reports and select Stock management.

Ensure you have the Can access reports page and Can access stock reports permissions. If not, contact your Provet Cloud administrator for assistance.

The Stock management section includes five report types:

  • Stock Level Report: Check stock levels on a specific date or track changes over a date range. For more information on generating stock level reports, see:

  • Stock Item Usage Report: Monitor the usage of specific stock items.

  • Medicine Usage Report: Review medicine usage details at a patient level.

  • Inventory Report: View recent inventory checks for a defined period.

  • Cabinet Discrepancy Report: Identify discrepancies between invoiced and actual stock quantities for cabinet items. For information on cabinet items and their usage, see:
