Go to Catalog > Items.

Find the item you want to edit and select the pen button at the end of the item row.

Edit the item information. For more information:

Select Save.
You can also edit multiple items in one go. Editing multiple items may be necessary for various reasons, such as price changes or updating tax percentage rates.

Find the items you want to edit and either select them in the list one by one or select Select all above the filters. A pop-up toolbar appears at the bottom of the page.

Select Edit selected on the toolbar. A dialogue opens. You can do the following:

Set a Purchase price percentage change that is applied to the selected items. Note that adjusting the purchase price requires the 'Item selling price' permission.

Set a Markup percentage that is applied to the selected items.

Set a Selling price percentage change that is applied to the selected items.

Select a Rounding option that is applied to the item prices.

Select a VAT group for the selected items.

Select an Item subgroup for the selected items. This applies to items that have the same item type as the subgroup.

Before saving, you can preview your changes by selecting Preview changes in the bottom right corner of the dialogue. The changes are highlighted in the item list.

Select Save.
Note that items added to open consultations or counter sales before the update will not be updated. These items must be manually re-added for the updates to take effect.
