Introduction

Special business intelligence reports are available in Provet Cloud. These have the potential to help with veterinary business management by providing additional insight into the clinic's performance.

The business intelligence reports are a set of dashboards that contain visualised key performance indicators about finances, human resources, client engagement and clinical processes.

Where is the BI Report Page in Provet Cloud?

To access the BI report page, navigate to Reports > Business intelligence > Business intelligence report.

Choosing Reports

To see different reports, use the tabs at the bottom of the page. You can also use the "Go to page" option at the top-left portion of the page.

Setting Filters

The report has different filters on each side of the main graph elements. Use these to specify the clinic, date range and other options.

Metric Options and Export

Each report contains various metrics. If you hover on the metric, you can see contextual menus which have options to focus on the given metric or export data from it.

User Permissions

By default, the 'Administrator' user group has access to BI reports. Access can be restricted or given by using the permission 'Can access business intelligence reports'.
