If stock locations are used in your Provet Cloud, you may sometimes need to move stock quantity between locations. You can move stock quantity within the same department (location) or to a different department if you have the required permissions.

Go to Inventory > Stock and find the item you want to move.
On the item row, select the button with three dots and then select Move from the pop-up menu. A dialogue opens.
In the From stock location field, add the stock location from which you want to move stock quantity to another location.
If you want to remove stock quantity to another department, add the department in the To department field. This option is available if you have the 'Can move stock between departments' user permission.
In the To location field, select the stock location to which you want to move stock quantity. The list includes the available stock locations in the selected department.
You can add additional information about the stock update in the Note field.
If batches are in use, select the Batch you want to move quantity from.
Add the quantity you want to move in the Packages or Units fields. You can use one of the fields or both, in which case the quantities are summed up.
Select Save.
