Check the following:

Ensure the payment terminal is connected:
A cloud icon should appear in the top right corner of the terminal screen. If using wifi, a wifi icon should also be visible.

Confirm the correct terminal is selected:
Verify that the correct payment terminal appears when processing payments. If the correct terminal does not appear, ensure that the correct clinic location is selected in Provet Cloud. Note that if Provet Pay has not been set up for the selected clinic location, it will not be available as a payment option.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, contact Provet Cloud support and provide them with the terminal’s serial number.
