  • Dispute email: This email address is used as an email for dispute cases, for example, disputes related to the quality of goods or services received, unauthorized transactions, or other issues that may require a resolution. Klarna provides the merchant’s dispute email address to the client in case of a dispute. This email is also used to register with the Klarna portal. Note that you cannot change the dispute email address later.
