Cancelar la reposición de medicamentos, alimentos y suministros

A veces puede ser necesario cancelar recargas activas, por ejemplo, si un producto ha sido sustituido por otro similar. En ese caso, puede cancelar la recarga activa para el producto antiguo y añadir una nueva recarga para el nuevo. Tenga en cuenta que necesita permisos de 'escritura' para Puede cancelar recargas para cancelar y reactivar recargas.

Puede cancelar una recarga en la página del cliente, ya sea desde el panel Recargas situado en la parte derecha de la página o en la pestaña Tratamientos de la sección Recargas:

[en] Cancel a Refill from the Client Page

[en] You can cancel a refill on the client's page, either from the Refills panel on the right-hand side of the page or on the Treatments tab in the Refills section:

[en] In the side panel, select the x button. The cancelled refill is removed from the active refills.
[en] On the Treatments tab: In the Actions column at the end of the refill row, select the button with three dots and then select Cancel refills from the pop-up menu.

[en] The cancelled refill is shown in the Refills section on the Treatments tab with the status Cancelled. If needed, you can renew a cancelled refill.
